How to Apply
Foreigners
- On-line recruitment, the access to the recruitment form can be obtained here.
- 4 identical passport photos - signed by your first name and surname.
- Copy of passport and visa- (visa in the case Citizens of non-EU member states).
- In order to study the candidate must provide a medical certificate confirming the absence of medical contraindications.
- The candidate must provide an up-to-date Health Insurance which is valid on the territory of Poland.
- High school diploma - original or its official copy or a photocopy certified by a notary.
- Higher education diploma (MA, BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) in case of applying for complementary master's studies or post-graduate courses.
- In the case of countries which have ratified the Hague Convention, you must submit the earlier mentioned certificates and diplomas with Apostille. The list of countries that have signed the Hague Convention can be found here. Graduates of secondary schools and universities, from countries that are not in the membership of the Convention should submit the nostrification of the required certificates and diplomas. Information on foreign education documents are available on the Ministry of Science and Higher Education website.
- Candidates for English-language studies are required to submit a certificate in English. The list of certificates can be found here. For those who do not possess the required certificate, the university will organize the exam (basic knowledge of the language).
- Candidates for Polish-language studies are required to submit a certificate in Polish. For those who do not possess the required certificate, the university will organize the exam (basic knowledge of the language).
All foreign documents should be translated into Polish by a sworn translator.
The agreement on the conditions of the tuition fee is available for inspection at the Admissions Office, signed at the time of submission of the documents.
The recruitment is carried out in five periods:
- the first term is until June 30th, 2012;
- the second term is until July 31st, 2012;
- the third term is until August 31st, 2012;
- the forth term is until September 15th, 2012;
- the fifth term is until September 30th, 2012.
Depending on the time of recruitment, while paying the entry fee, candidates may either receive a discount in it or a total abolition.
If the number of candidates exceeds availability the University reserves the right to terminate enrolment after 1st, 2nd,3rd or 4th enrolment stage.
